Battery Rebuild

Full battery rebuilds are for packs that are worn out but still worth saving. We strip the pack down, replace the cells with quality, properly matched cells, and rebuild it with fresh wiring, insulation and safety checks. Before we start, we test your existing pack and talk through costs versus replacement so you know if a rebuild makes sense. When it is the right choice, you get a pack that’s refreshed, tested and balanced — with clear documentation of what was done and what you can expect from it.”

Battery
Repair

Battery problems don’t always mean you need a whole new pack. With proper testing, we can often identify failed cells, weak groups or connection issues and repair them safely. We check capacity, balance and internal resistance so you know the true health of your battery before you spend big money. If a repair or partial rebuild is a good option, we’ll explain it clearly. If the pack is unsafe or not worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too — so you can make a smart call with all the facts.

Advanced
Diagnostics

Our advanced diagnostics go far beyond a quick visual check. We test your e-bike’s battery, controller, wiring and sensors to see what’s actually happening under load. You get clear results and straight answers: what’s failing, what’s still healthy, and what your real options are. That way, you can decide if a repair is worth doing, if a rebuild makes more sense, or if it’s time to replace — before you spend money on guesswork.
